Executive Commentary

"Artivila has successfully completed this Series A financing, backed by our robust AI platform and globally leading R&D pipeline. We are deeply grateful for the trust and support from our investors," said Dr. Zhendong Zhu, Founder and Chairman, and Dr. Deqiang Niu, Co-Founder and CEO of Artivila. "This financing will accelerate the advancement of our core pipelines and international expansion. Remaining true to our founding vision of “dedicated innovation”, we will continue to redefine the speed and precision of drug discovery with AI, and strive to deliver innovative therapeutic solutions to patients around the world."

Investor Commentary

Mr. Chong Zhang, Partner at Green Pine Capital Partners, commented: “We have long focused on the intersection of life sciences and artificial intelligence, and we firmly believe in the paradigm shift that AI brings to drug discovery. Artivila is one of the few domestic AI pharma companies that has truly integrated its AIDD platform with extensive industry experience and has already validated its approach at the clinical stage. Its founders Dr. Zhendong Zhu and Dr. Deqiang Niu bring over two decades of R&D management experience at multinational pharma and biotech companies, and their team’s strong interdisciplinary capabilities have built a comprehensive AI R&D platform covering small and large molecules, cell and gene therapy. We particularly value Artivila’s global first‑in‑class dual‑target IRAK4/1 inhibitor ARD‑885 in the autoimmune disease field, which has demonstrated excellent Phase 1 data with favorable safety profile. Its SARM1 inhibitor for neurological diseases and bispecific antibodies for cancer therapy are also among the global front‑runners. In addition, the company’s platform and pipeline value has gained international recognition, with multiple programs holding significant BD out‑licensing potential.
